About the Role
IT Assistant Roles and Responsibilities
• They provide administrative support, including answering and transferring calls, proofreading documents, and performing data entry.
• Providing quality user assistance is primary.
• licenses and other legal documents up to date,
• completing statutory forms and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Service level agreements.
• Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
• Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• High School degree: additional administrative assistant or Secretary qualification will be a plus.
