The City of Colquitt offers our customers the option of paying their monthly utility bill by automatic deduction from their checking
account. If you choose to have your account debited, you will still receive a monthly statement so you can see how much the bill is and on
what date the draft will be taken out. Notify us if you are no longer interested in having your account drafted, and the plan will be stopped within 30 days. Return this form with your voided check to start the enrollment.
